Tax relief on expenses (P87) successfully completed but no rebate (3 months later)

I completed a P87 claim for Tax relief on expenses for employment in October 2023. Having checked today, this claim shows as 'completed' when I click to check progress but I still have not received a tax rebate for the amount claimed and have had no correspondence whatsoever since submitting the claim. I've tried calling HMRC but telephone priority is currently being given to self-assessment queries at this time and I'm not sure what other method(s) I can use to query this.
