UK Salary paid overseas

I work for a UK company spending several months in UAE. Is it ok from my employer to pay part of my salary into my UK bank and the remainder into a UAE bank account. Full taxes will be paid by employer in the UK? Is so, are there any tax implications if I transfer this money back from UAE to UK?

Where the money is paid is between you and your employer. If UK tax resident and domicile then it will all be liable in the UK anyway and there will be no tax implications if your then transfer it from UAE to the UK.
