I am now living in Hong Kong and is not a UK tax resident. I have some stocks listing in Hong Kong and own a Hong Kong company. My questions are after I become a UK tax resident, 1) whether the dividend paid by those stocks listing in Hong Kong is taxable income? 2)whether any profit of my Hong Kong company is taxable? 3)whether any loan repayment or interest paid by my Hong Kong company to me is taxable? Thank you
