Hello, I've received Stock Options from the company I work for. They sold a portion of the shares to cover the taxes due at acquisition of said shares. This transaction is noted in my payroll. I wanted to understand if the Stock Options count toward calculating my Adjusted Net Income? If yes, does the full value of the Stock Options count, or only the value of the Stocks actually received (that is, minus the stocks sold to cover the taxes)? Thanks in advance. -Elisa

Hi
As these will be included within your P60 income then yes.
