How to cancel my claim of uniform tax reduction

My previous job before 1/7/2023 required me to wear uniform. I have claimed the uniform tax reduction for the year of 2023-2024. Recently (since 1/7/2023) I have changed to another job and I do not need to wear uniform. May I know how can I cancel the claim of uniform tax reduction? I can't find related information on HMRC website. Thanks very much for your help.
