Advanced rate tax

My salary for current year is 43500 in total for current tax year but my paylsip says in have paid over £1100 in higher tax and 250 in advanced rate tax in this period. Surely this is a mistake as i only earned 43500 up to end of current tax year with no other income. I did get a 4500 bonus in this months pay but that is inlcued in the 43500. How do i get this corrected and refunded
