Money Earned Abroad Tax Info

I registered to become a non resident in 2023, working for 89 days before leaving the country, I filled in the p85 form. Due to medical reasons I may have to come back in the 2024/25 year and wont may not be able to work. Will I pay tax on the money earned in 2023/24 year abroad if i return?
