Paying leftover PAYE tax

Hi, I had temporarily worked in the UK, and had paid tax through PAYE. Now, I have relocated back to India, and am a tax resident of India for this financial year. I have pending tax in the UK as suggested by my personal tax account on hmrc portal. Although, given I no longer work in the UK, this cannot be collected through PAYE. - How do I pay this remaining tax? - Can I register for self assessment for these purposes? (Note. I only had income from my employer while I was in UK).
