About forty years ago, my parents purchased a piece of woodland and placed it in trust for my sister and I. We're currently selling the woodland, and expect it to sell for £20,000-£25,000 in total. The proceeds after estate agent's fees will be split between my sister and I. I'm a little confused about what tax will payable on this - please can you advise?
