Under payment of tax

I have received a letter from HMRC stating I have underpaid tax so far this year totalling 443 pounds and on the 17th July my tax code was changed to 62L, this month an extra 199 pounds was collected by PAYE, does this mean once the 443 has been collected my tax code will change again? or will this continue until next April?
