EU tax residency SIPP

If I move to an EU country with a Double Taxation Agreement and transfer my tax residency to that country, am I exempt from UK tax when I drawdown payments from my UK based SIPP.

It depends on the terms of the double taxation treaty of the country where you are then resident.

For Greece there is no relief if this is taken as a trivial lump sum.
