The project that I work on is under a Pre-Contract Service Agreement (PCSA) which allows my employer to work on this project without any guarantee of a contract at the end of the PCSA. This PCSA has been in place for over 24 months. I work less that 40% of my time on site with my remaining time working from home on the same project. Is this classed as a temporary workplace? And are my employer paid hotel costs taxable?
