Overpaid tax refund on pension lump sum

Hi, I submitted a form for a refund of overpaid tax on my pension lump sum on 25th October. The status changed to completed a few weeks later but I’ve had no communication as to whether it’s been successful or not? Do I just wait or assume there’s no tax refund?

If overpaid you will received a calculation and refund.
If you submitted the claim on 25 October the timescale to be reviewed is 24 November so should be reviewed shortly.

Sorry I meant to say 25th September. It’s been sitting at completed for 3 weeks now and have not received any communication via post or on my online tax account

If submitted 25 September then shoud have been reviewed. If you still have not received a response you will need to contact our Income Tax team to review.
