Hi, Based on the application guidelines of the BNO Visa, one key criteria is the applicant intend to live in UK indefinitely. Will using remittance basis be contradictory to the application guideline? Cyrus

Hi Cyrus Chung,

Paying tax on the remittance basis (Self Assessment helpsheet HS264)
Thank you.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. So do you mean BNO Visa applicant will not be classified as UK domicile until final approval after 5 +1 years ? Cheers Cyrus
