Hello There! - I'm trying to fill in Emergency Tax form R43 as a resident of Netherlands - I was very surprised there is no 'what are your bank details' section where I could put my IBAN bank number in for the rebate, there is only 'What Is Your Address' field, so I have horrible feeling that means HMRC send a cheque, which has now become totally obsolete now in Europe. How do I give my IBAN bank details to HMRC for this IBAN payment please? Many Thanks.

Hi username150,
HMRC cannot make a payment to a foreign bank account.
You can nominate someone in the UK to receive the payment for you.
Thank you.

i sent a P43 form for emergency tax in November 2023 with the address of a UK resident to receive the cheque, registered mail, with my phone number, email and address in Netherlands, but you just ignored it. When i call HMRC, nobody picks up the phone. You took off emergency tax from my private pension lump sum which i desperately need, and which you didn't need to do because i'm resident & citizen of Netherlands. Please can you just process the form without making me jump through all these hoops? Thank you.
