Employee pension scheme not set up for automatic tax relief

I have made a lump sum deposit to my employee pension scheme and have been advised that it is not set up for automatic tax relief. I am a BASIC RATE tax payer. How do i claim my tax relief back from HMRC

If the payment is less than £10,000 you can telephone 0300 200 3300 with the details. If its more, you will need to provide evidence and send it to HMRC, PAYE & Self Assessment BX9 1AS . Thank you .
