Hi. Between 2019 and 2022 I received three refund chaques from HMRC. These were sent to my normal branch in London. Only later did I find that the branch had been closed, nothing was redirected and the cheques were lost and NEVER cashed. Royal Bank of Scotland has confirmed this in writing. I sent all details and copies to HMRC but so far I have had NO response at all. No refunds or reissued cheques, nor any direct bank payment. What do I have to do to get these missed cheques reissued, or in fact ANY response at all from HMRC? It's an urgently needed sum of money. All details that you should need has been provided to HMRC. Will you reply to me by email or only on this thread? I am new to this. Many thanks for your help. L. Lee
