To much money

In my new tax code that I was given this year the money from the old company I was working at does not match up with what I was actually paid. I don’t know if this is the correct forum for it but I’ve tried to call multiple times and it hung up on me so here I am, I have accumulated around 4 to 5K from my last job but it’s saying that I’ve earned up to 10 so IDK what to do with that
