Opening Multiple CASH ISA

Hi, Earlier this month I opened up a cash ISA with one provider and paid £1 into this to make sure the account worked fine, it did. after reviewing some consumer feedback on the ISA I realize their customer service isn't the best. I have one of my previous Cash ISA's maturing in the next couple of weeks and wondered if I'm allowed to Open another cash ISA with an better alternative provider and just use the ISA Transfer option to move the funds? From 06/04/24 you can open and contribute to more than 1 cash ISA.
The limit for investment is still £20,000.
