Tax overpayment relief claim

Hi, I overpaid my income tax for tax years 2018/19 and 2019/20 and submitted a claim letter back in October 2022. Had a reply in July 2023 to which a clarification response was made in August 2023. Since then, nothing. I tried calling up HMRC multiple times but was told it's on a "technical queue" (because I am based overseas). What can I do to find out what's happening with the claim? Thanks.
