Certificate of Residence

I applied for a personal Certificate of Residence online on the 11th of November. It covers the years from 2018 until 2021, I believe. I'm no longer residing in the UK. I have three questions: a) If I ask for another certificate from 2018 until 2019, will my previous request be cancelled, or will I get both certificates? b) Where can I track the progress of that request? c) How will I be notified? Via phone, mail or email?

Hi Wilson Silva,
You will get both certificates covering the dates asked for and it will be issued by post.
You normally expect to get a reply within 3 weeks when you apply online.
