Problem in setting up HMRC government gateway

I'm facing an issue with setting up my account and HMRC government gateway, as they are requesting a BRP for identification checks. But I have only an e-visa, as I moved here in January, So I have only a evisa instead of BRP. What can I do about this? How should I set up my account?
