Unable to confirm identity

I am going through the process to register for my personal tax account but it won’t allow me to confirm my identity. I have tried as many times as I’m allowed both via the app and manually inputting the information but although it brings the correct information up on the app, it says it hasn’t been able to confirm. Please can someone help me as I’ve just been told I need to submit a self assessment as I started fostering in the last month of 22/23 tax year. Can anyone help please?
