Person tax cheque refund

Hi HMRC customer service team, HMRC had sent me a cheque for tax refund. But since I just moved to a new address recently and the cheque had been posted to my previous address, the cheque might have been lost and I haven't received it. Could you please advise how can I have the cheque to be reissued?
