Calculating Tax on remainder of Tax Year Wages when pulling whole pension ?

When I pull my whole pension ( Zurich say It has to be in one lump sum) I understand I will get appx 14K Tax Free.. The remaining 3/4 will be taxed @ Emergency tax & I claim the remainder back with the P45 Zurich send me BUT after paying tax on the remainder will I also pay the 40% Tax on my Wages for the rest of the Tax year? ( I know the total will put me over 50K allowance) If I wait until FEB to pull it will I pay less Tax on my wages ?
