My employer is using the wrong tax code

Hello. My wife applied Marriage Allowance to transfer 10% of her allowance to me on 2021, since then my tax code has been changed to 1383M in the HMRC system. However, my P60 recording still not updated yet until now, and my employer said HMRC didn't inform to correct my tax code, so nothing they can do for me. Could you please advise how can the problem be resolved? Thanks in advance.
