Second PAYE Job - Incorrect Tax Code Update

I'm registered as self employed, and alongside my freelance income I have supported myself for the last 5 years through a PAYE job in a restaurant. This summer, I started an additional PAYE job, whilst dropping down to part time hours in my restaurant job. I received a notification from HMRC that my tax code has been updated, but when I checked the notification it said that HMRC have marked my original restaurant job as having finished, even though I am still working there alongside the new job. How do I correct this?
