How to pay tax in monthly basis under DPNI (oversea employment contract) ?

With an oversea employment and work at home in UK, I have registered with DPNI and installed "Basic PAYE tools". I have also register gateway ID for self assessment as well, I would like to pay tax monthly, how can I pay tax in monthly basis ?

You should always use your 10 digit UTR number with the letter K at the end as a reference.
In this way, your payments are assigned to the correct tax record.
