I have been offered a job based in Switzerland. As I will be travelling for over 1/2 the year, I’m looking at my options to remain a resident in the UK. How would my income be taxed, if I stay a resident in the UK? Would I have to self assess each financial year? Alternatively if I did move to Switzerland, how easily can I send money back to the UK to cover my mortgage/expenses in the UK while I’m working aboard and a resident of another country for 3/5 years?
