Foreign Earnings Inclusion for Adjusted Earnings (Childcare)

Do foreign earnings count towards Adjusted Net Income calculation for the purposes of determining whether you qualify for the 30 hours free childcare? I cross the threshold If I Include the foreign earnings, but these Earnings I have not brought into the UK (I claim remittance basis). But without including the earnings I have under £100k in the UK (including some of the capital gains that I brought into the UK). I am also Director of a company I started and am expected to start earning in August.
