Certificate of Residence (CoR) - status = completed

I am resident in the UK and require a CoR to complete financial emigration from SA. I submitted an online form on 23/5. The online progress status indicates 'completed', however, I have not received the letter, either via email or by post. How can I get a copy of the letter? Thank you.
