My spouse may be posted to Akrotiri SBA next year as a member of the armed forces, and I can live in married quarters with them. I currently work from home for a tech company in the UK. My company has customers in Cyprus but no office there. I would be working from the base territory, not visiting any customers in Cyprus. I would be paid by my company as normal into my UK bank account. Would I need to pay tax in Cyprus / the SBA as well? If so is there a number of days I need to spend in the UK to not have to pay tax twice? Are there any other tax implications?

Hi
As you are working on sovereign territory you are classed as still being in the UK and will only be liable for UK tax.
