Hi I have been living and working in the UK since December 2021. I contacted HMRC twice requesting the CoR. In my application I clearly stated I pay tax on my foreign income in Poland and the UK. I also completed sucesfully the self assessment for relevant tax years. Nevertheless, I received the letter of confirmation Instead of the CoR where I can read this can not be used to claim relief under Double Taxation Agreement. I am a little confused as I don't know why they refuse to issue the CoR in my case. Could you specify what should I sumbit or what kind of information should I provide to get the CoR? Much appreciate your help
