Looking for guidance- Living abroad and resident in another country, I have the opportunity to do 2 days a week work remotely and they will pay me as a contractor not an employee I have asked for the money to be paid into bank in country, however they can only pay it into my UK bank account. Do I need to complete a self assessment form for these earnings? I have checked out the tax information in country of residence, but to pay tax or get a tax number the earnings must come to a bank here and that is not going to happen. Therefore my question is do I complete a SAF in the UK and pay tax there? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Maria
