If I stay in UK for a business trip for 30 days and then study in UK for annual leave for 30 days. For the rest of time, I work overseas. Do this count as a significant break from my overseas work? Thanks very much.

Hi,

A ‘significant break’ is considered a period of at least 31 consecutive days during which you do not work more than 3 hours per day, and the absence of work is not due to annual leave, parental leave, sick leave, or reasonable days off. as yours is annual leave, this doesnt count.

Thank you.
