My personal tax refund has been in process since June 2023

I'm trying to collect my refund on my personal tax payments for 2022/23. My accountant has asked for it to be paid directly into my bank account and all the relevant bank details have been entered but I'm still waiting, it's now 6th Dec 2023. Please can you tell when I can expect it to come through as it's a significant amount of money. Thank you
