tax on gifted property from my parents

hi, my mom is looking to gift me part of a property abroad. she is not UK resident nor citizen. the property is not in any UK land. the property in question is her main residency. I am, however a UK resident. does this have any impact on income or capital gains? inheritance tax? thanks

Not unless you receive income from the property or sell it then you will need to report this.
