I was part of the Singapore workforce almost 20 years ago and contributed to their equivalent pension. Since I gained my British citizenship the Singapore government requires me to take out my money which I will bring here. How much tax must I pay as it is around £100k and where do I park this amount without that minimises tax? Thank you.

Hi,
We cannot tell you what to do with these funds or where to store them. If you are UK resident when you receive the pension, you would have to declare it in a Self Assessment tax return, as you may have tax to pay in the UK.
Thank you.
