Isa Maturing 2023 / 2024 - What are my Options?

Cash ISA invested in November 23 & matures Nov 2024 It is split over 2 tax years 2023/24 & currently 2024/25 (Matures 2024) I want to use the interest so won't be reinvesting the interest made - But - When I get access to the £20K - Which Tax year is it from - 2023/24 or 2024/25? What are my options between Nov 2024 - April 2025? Many Thanks!
