P85 form processing

I have sent in a P85 form 2 months ago and have heard nothing back. Can I get some acknowledgment it was received at least? I have tried calling the helpline but obviously that's useless - Cut off every time after 60 minutes of waiting.

You can check on the progress online if you have a Personal Tax Account.
