US Citizen remotely working for a US company

Hi HMRC, I am a US citizen, married to a UK citizen. We are considering relocating to the UK. I have the opportunity to keep my job with my US company and work remotely from the UK. I would like to know what my personal income tax would look like from a UK perspective? I am in the very preliminary stages of looking into this and I suppose would like to know a surface-level understanding of what taxes I would be expected to pay and how it would work. Thanks.
