P85 for two jobs

Hi, I'm planning to leave the UK and go back to my home country end of this year and try to claim the tax refund with P85. I worked with Tier 2 skilled worker visa and I had a part-time job also, so I have 2 P45s with me, but I have no idea how could I fill the P85 with the detail for both jobs. Could I claim for both at once? or should I do it twice separately, or even I can't get the tax back for the part-time job?

Hi, can I ask how you sorted this? I had 2 seperate jobs that I need to apply for a P85 for however the online job only lets me claim for 1.
