Hi If I work in UAE, and monthly I will transfer my salary in UAE to my bank account in UK for the living cost of my wife and the children, will it be taxed ?

Hi,

No, as long as you remain non UK tax resident.

Thank you.

I live in UAE and work in UAE. My wife studied in UK for 7 months. I visited her 118 days in a tax year 2023 -24 (many of these days I worked remotely using laptop). Before visiting UK, I studied UAE and UK tax treaty and I understood that if I live in UK less than 183 days, then I won't be considered a tax resident and won't have to pay taxes in UK. Is my understanding correct? Does this situation changes, if the company in UAE has a UK company as well. Thanks in advance.

Hi piyush1010,
HMRC cannot advise you on your residence status.
