Can you pay estimated underpaid tax in one

Is it possible to pay estimated underpaid tax in one before the end of the current tax year ?

Unfortunately, as it is only an estimate, we cannot currently take payments for this amount. 

Hi I have seen that my personal allowance will be significantly lower due to an estimated underpayment due to intrest in savings and investments. Can you provide me if what actions I can take to fix this ie provide hmrc with exact details of interest for this tax year and pay in one sum?
