QROPS Post 10 year rule

I am an expat with a QROPS that I have held for more than 10 years. What notification requirements does my QROPs provider have to HMRC upon transfer of my QROPS (i) to another QROPs (e.g. with cheaper fees); (ii) to a US SIPP; or (iii) to a foreign tax protected pension fund?
