My husband has moved abroad for work and is currently non-resident. He is a British citizen and will be moving back in a few years. He does have some UK income. Is he able to transfer the marriage allowance to me, even though he is non-resident?

Hi JJ,
As long as your husband has a personal allowance, he can still apply to transfer a portion of this under Marriage Allowance, even if he lives abroad.
You can find out more here:
Marriage Allowance
Thank you
