Child benefit

Why is child benefit still showing full amount (5k ish) under my tax code deductions when I've just filed a tax return stating I only received 3payments this year? And I'm due a rebate?

None of this is available as an option online and the number provided within the supplied links states the phone service is unavailable!? Please advise further.....?
