P800 tax returns

Hi, I left the UK after my visa expired, and I have filled out the p800 form digitally to get my tax returns. However, its been more than a month now, I haven't received any tax refunds. I don't know what went wrong. The status of my claim is "completed" as per my personal tax portal. I called the HMRC team, but they said to wait for some more time. Since I am outside the UK, and the phone plans here are very expensive for international roaming, I couldn't get in touch with the phone number they have provided. Can someone let me know if you can help me with this query? Any email address to write to them? Best Regards, Ayush
