What to do when leaving UK for good

Hello team, I'm working in UK since December 2014, started to pay tax in January-February 2015, I'm thinking about leaving to my country Portugal for good next year. What will happen to the tax i payed? Will i take it with me? What i must do? Thank you. Rui

No refund will be due as you have been  living and working in the UK and as such, your income is liable to UK tax.
