P85 Cheque Never Received

I left the UK in 2021 and sent our P85 form with P45 in early 2022 via mail as didn't have our UK phone numbers any more. The cheques never arrived to our nominated address in the UK and I have not heard anything since. Should I just re send the documents via post or do I have any other options?
